Created in 1994, the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles has attained the position of "world championship" in the world of tasting.
This year the competition took place in Guimaraes (Portugal) where 8397 different wines and sprits were submitted.
These included the samples sent by Bodega Inurrieta, which received the following prizes:
-Medalla de ORO: INURRIETA PV 2009, LADERAS DE INURRIETA 2009
-Medalla de PLATA: INURRIETA SUR TINTO ROBLE 2009, INURRIETA CUATROCIENTOS 2009, INURRIETA ORCHIDEA CUVÉE 2009

Inurrieta Orchidea 2011 and Laderas de Inurrieta 2009 earbed best wube awards at the Tweinty-first Navarra Wine Quality Contest organised by the Navarra Wine Guild inthe following categories: "Best white wine without oak" and "Best red wine from other vintages without mention of ageing".
