Sauvignon Blanc
Aged for 8 months in French oak barrels over fine lees with bâtonnage.
"...elegance and uniqueness, youth and experience"
An interesting combination of the nerve of the Sauvignon Blanc and the serenity provided by ageing in the best barrels over fine lees.
Lovely yellow-green. The nose is intense, with just the right amount of wood and a tempting blend of tropical fruit and apples, accompanied by delicate notes of honey and vanilla. On the palate, the wine is greasy and voluptuous, consistently enveloped in a refreshing acidity that provides an effortless, flowing mouthfeel.
It offers an ubiquitous delicate flavour of fruit with subtle hints of oak.
