Outstanding, bright, crystalline yellow-green. Delicious varietal aromas, in a frank, very complex nose –pineapples, passion fruit, grapefruit and boxwood- reinforced by a tremendously creamy mouth. Tank ageing over fine lees heightens the sensations of creaminess and smoothness in the mouth.
