Tasting note

An interesting combination of the nerve of the Sauvignon Blanc and the serenity provided by ageing in the best barrels over fine lees.

Lovely yellow-green. The nose is intense, with just the righ amount of wood and tempting blend of tropical fruit and apples, accompanied by delicate notes of honey and vainilla. On the palate, the wine is greasy and voluptuous, consistently enveloped in a refreshing acidity that provides an effortless, flowing mouthfeel. It offers an ubiquitous delicate flavor of fruit with subtle hints of oak.
